1. General Provisions
l444l is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between l444l ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of the platform ("you", "member").
These terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). By accessing or using the l444l website, mobile version, and all related services, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these terms.
These terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version shall be considered the authoritative text. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use the services at l444l, you must be 21 years of age or older. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to create an account. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend an account if proof cannot be provided.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any accrued bonuses will be cancelled.
2.3 Registration Information
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
- Any changes to your information must be reported to us promptly.
- Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
2.4 Account Security
If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our customer service team immediately. l444l will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
3. Account Verification
To ensure a safe environment at l444l, we conduct an identity verification process. Before deposits or withdrawals, or at any time, we may request the following documents:
- Copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Recent bank statement or mobile banking transaction record
- Utility bill or other document for address verification
l444l reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not submitted within the specified time. This verification process is carried out for the protection of all members.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at l444l is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to deposit into the account.
- Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
- Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements being met.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions at l444l are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at l444l receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
- If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- l444l reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
5.4 VIP Programme
l444l's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Tier status is determined based on a player's activity and consistency.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
l444l is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our platform adheres to SSL encryption and fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game or sports event has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed on that game or event's page. l444l reserves the right to change the betting limits for any member.
6.3 Technical Errors
l444l reserves the right to cancel any prize or payment incorrectly awarded due to a technical error or system malfunction. In such cases, the affected bets may be declared void.
6.4 Sports Betting
Various sports markets are available in the sports betting section. The rules for accepting and settling bets apply separately for each sport. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets on that event may be declared void.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l444l platform:
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity or information
- Abusing bonus offers or committing fraud through multiple accounts
- Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members
- Placing simultaneous bets from multiple accounts on the same game to guarantee an outcome (arbitrage)
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited. Where necessary, relevant information will be provided to law enforcement agencies.
8. Responsible Gaming
l444l believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.
8.1 Self-Control Tools
- Setting deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Setting session time limits
- Taking a temporary break (cooling-off period)

10. Service Suspension & Account Closure
10.1 l444l's Rights
l444l may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Failure to provide documents required for verification
- Participation in prohibited activities
- Legal or regulatory reasons
10.2 Member's Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. If verification is complete before the account is closed and all bonus conditions have been met, the existing balance may be withdrawn.
11. Limitation of Liability
l444l is not liable for the following:
- Loss of a game session or bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues
- Problems caused by third-party software or hardware
- Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence
- Service unavailability during unplanned server maintenance or system upgrades
l444l always strives to provide uninterrupted service. Advance notice will be given for planned maintenance.
12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
l444l reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
